Yarm Valleys Info & Route Description

..

A well used river crossing on the ride and some varied tracks also on the route, with lots of good going.

Ride Description

Yarm Valleys is a lovely ride which incorporates some excellent grassy tracks, open fields and two beautiful river crossing through the River Tees. Around half the route runs the Crathorne Estate which has wonderful scenery and countryside views!
This year I have made some changes to routes and for the 30Km I have added some lovely new permissive bridleways which are approx. 10Km without any roadwork!! These permissive tracks are very fast along with the rest of the route and therefore are ideal for riders who want to use the training ride for horses which compete at higher speeds and distances. However it is also very enjoyable for those who would like to ride round at their own pace and have lots of fun!
This year, with the new permissive routes for the 30km, entries are limited for this class. More information is available on the schedule.
If anyone would be interested in taking part and would like to come along, anyone is welcome. If people are unsure or have any queries or problems then please do not hesitate to contact me.

Many thanks,
